MySQL Workbench
MySQL's official GUI. The end-of-life 8.0 line had EER modeling with forward and reverse engineering; the new Workbench has not shipped modeling yet.
MySQL's product page says the new MySQL Workbench replaces earlier releases, which "have reached end of life and are no longer maintained". The new product page lists Develop, Administer, Analyze Performance, and Backup and Migrate, with no data modeling section. An open proposal in MySQL's official community repository would add ER modeling to the new Workbench, so we infer the new release does not yet include it.
